Project Description:
Testimonial
He visited Dr. Doug Barr with Family 1st Dental of South Sioux. Here is his story:
My name is Jon and my wife and I currently live in Gardner, Kansas with our three children. We have good friends that live in South Sioux City that we visit once or twice a year. I recently visited a dentist in Kansas and asked about cosmetic dentistry for my front teeth. I have never been happy with the size, shape or color of my teeth since I was 16 years old. That dentist told me he could do bonding but I was hoping for something more permanent. I was telling my friend in South Sioux about this and she suggested that I come up to South Sioux and have her dentist, Dr. Doug Barr, look at my mouth. As soon as I stepped into the office I knew I made the right decision. The staff was so nice and knowledgeable and the office was beautiful and very high-tech. My wife and I were very impressed.
Dr. Barr went over a couple of different options with me and suggested that I do veneers. He showed me several examples of before and after photos of veneer cases he has done in the past. Dr. Barr and two of his staff have veneers on and were happy to talk to me about the procedure and show their smile off. Once we decided to proceed with the veneers, his assistant took impressions for temps that day and the front office pre-authorized my insurance and got me pre-approved for Care Credit. They made the entire process so easy for me.
I wore temps for one week while I went back to work in Kansas. When I returned for my final appointment, Dr. Barr had the dental lab on stand-by in case we needed them to do a custom shade. My shade was right on. Dr. Barr was so patient and let me see the veneers before he bonded them on permanently to see if I wanted to change anything. I was so happy with the finished product and the way I was treated by everyone in the office.
My hat is off to you, Family 1st Dental of South Sioux! I will gladly travel four hours one way for my dental treatment every time! I will recommend your office to anyone! Sincerely, Jon
